Smashburger - Broad Channel

I absolutely loved the wings, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the burgers.

This is an excellent place to satisfy your daily sodium cravings. They checked my vaccine card when I arrived, which I appreciated. I had a wonderful experience while ordering my meal. However, the tables could have been cleaner. The food was tasty, and I especially liked that they offer Vitamin Water at the soda fountain. The bathroom was also kept in good condition.

The burgers were tasty and fresh, though the truffle burger was somewhat salty and left a lingering bitter aftertaste. I really liked the rosemary flavor on the fries, which were fried to a perfect golden crisp. Overall, I would definitely come back for the signature burger or maybe try the one with bacon the next time I'm in the area.

Before returning to my table, I went to get some ketchup and napkins. At that moment, a staff member expressed some frustration and mentioned that they prefer customers not to serve themselves. I apologized for the misunderstanding, but I couldn't shake the feeling of disappointment regarding their customer service. I found his response to be quite rude. I had to wait over 25 minutes for my meal, and there was no apology for the delay, yet I felt as if I was being reprimanded just for fetching some napkins. When my chicken finally arrived, there were no napkins included with it. Overall, I felt like I wasted my money and regretted leaving a 15% tip. I definitely won't be returning; the food just wasn't worth it!

SmashBurger is our go-to place for burgers and fries. They always serve up fantastic hamburgers and fries that never let us down! I recently tried their chicken tenders, and they were incredible as well. This place is certainly worth a visit; their fast food is not only delicious but also consistently well-prepared. I had a slight issue with my order tonight, but they handled it quickly and effectively. That’s what I call excellent customer service. Thank you, SmashBurger!
