This was a horrible meal, Fried rice was completely dry, the chicken was hard and discoloured. No utensils or napkins were included either!Chow Mein vegetables were very overcooked, and noodles had been soaked past being formed.TO TOP IT OFF, very old and stale tasting. BEWARE!Ive had some bad Chinese but this takes the cake. If I could give negative stars, I would.VERY VERY VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!Lady hung up on me like WTH??Don’t support these FAKE CHINESE PPL WHO MAKE MILLIONSTHESE PPL ARE SCAMES!DO NOT ORDER HERE

This unbelievable the way the front lady spoke...It's been half an hour we ordered the food but didn't get so we called asked how long it might take to get in here...She misbehaved so rudely which was really not good at all hung up the phone!!! Now we know that why the rating is so poor!!!! If the owner cares for his/her business then he/she should fire her!!!

Been here twice so far. The food has been very tasty, and I'm very picky when getting Chinese food, so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order via Uber eats and I amoung other things I asked for chicken wings with Lo Mein. They gave me fried rice. I picked up the order and checked before leaving and I pointed out the error. The rude woman wouldn’t make the change unless I paid another 5 bucks. I said but you made the error and besides wings with FR is the same price as wings with LM. She started saying UBER charges to much and she can’t afford to change it!!!! How ridiculous!!!’ I will never patronize them again.

I ordered fried rice but received white rice instead, and this is the second time it has happened. When I called the restaurant to request an exchange, the owner explained that due to COVID-19, she couldn’t accommodate changes or issue refunds. I noticed that many customers were using GrubHub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats instead of visiting this cash-only establishment.
