I had one of the poorest dining experiences this year. The Fried Brussels Sprouts were so unappetizing they nearly made me feel sick, and the Brown Butter Mac and Cheese was equally disappointing. It was a complete waste of $64, and unfortunately, I can't even get a refund.

My order never arrived, and there was no option for a refund.

The food was fine, but I had an issue with my order. I ordered two Hitachino Nest beers at $8.95 each, but they sent me White Claws instead, which are only $3.95. I was still charged for the Hitachino Nests. I tried calling several times, but there was no answer. Fortunately, I received a credit from DoorDash, but it wasn’t due to any assistance from the restaurant. I likely won’t be ordering from here again.
