Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Broad Channel

It took around 40 minutes to get my order of a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which is absolutely insane. Then I get the order, no bacon, no ranch, no lettuce or tomato which is what it always has. I got turkey, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Absolutely insane.

Got the the end of my wrap and it tasted funny. Took out the lettuce and notice it was rotten.

I love this place…not only are smoothies Nd food delicious and healthy but the staff is super nice and will always go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of

I have ordered from this place before but my experienced today wasn't good at all. 0 stars will be what I give for not doing their job right. I placed the order through Grubhud 2 items, I attached the photo that clearly says 1 of 2 items, but I only received 1 smoothie and not a wrap.
