Coffee exchange's Espresso formula: Our proper execution a matter of training, the love of coffee, experience and natural talent. A jet of hot water at 88°-93°C passes under a pressure of nine or more atmosphere through a seven gram cake-like layer of our in house roasted and ground coffee beans from all over the world. Done right as we always do, the results is a concert of not more than 30 mls of pure sensorial pleasure.
