Fratelli (ferndale)

I would have given 5 stars, as the service and food was great. But no Peroni, and no LavAzza coffee. If they used Mastertons balducci coffee, I might not have noticed!

Fratelli's delivers on their food and service. Although it was a very busy Friday night we were well taken care of by our waiter. Our table ordered a wide variety of food and everyone was very happy with their choices. The prawns were a hit! Not over cooked and very flavorful. The salmon pasta was very good and the portion size was not stingy. There was a good amount of salmon and the creamy sauce did not saturate the pasta. Fratelli's has something for everyone and must be tried if you're in the mood for Italian!

Very nice experience. We ordered two mains, a bottle of red and finished it off with some chocolate brownies and ice cream all for R200 per person. Staff are well trained. Wood fired oven pizza is a must here

Your typical local Italian joint with friendly, attentive service and consistently good food. Add to this they have a good weekday takeaway special.

Rob and Mandy are great hosts and the service from all the staff is outstanding. Food is always good hearty food with generous portions. Highly recommended for a family night out.
