Buxton Fried Fish Chip Shop - Broadland

I ordered a large portion of chips for £3 to share with three other people at Buxton Fish and Chip shop. However, when it arrived, I was shocked to see that the portion was actually quite small. When I asked the woman working there about it, she insisted that it was a large portion. In reality, it was barely enough for one person. I was extremely disappointed and felt like I was being ripped off. Overall, a very poor experience at Buxton Fish and Chips.

We frequently visit this fish and chip shop and they have the best fish and chips. The fish is always fresh and it is a lovely family-run business.

After travelling for 4 and a half hours for a NYE retreat, it's annoying to find the only nearby takeaway closed when their website states open.

Always friendly and welcoming. Cod and chips twice always freshly cooked to perfection. Easy parking outside. Clear instruction procedures displayed about COVID.

A Fri or Sat night tea to remember week after week after week and you will never get fed up or the friendly service or quality of the fish change. Johns father had a F&C shop and John's son and all family work in the shop and they know with experience what quality fish to buy and serve up to their loyal and discerning customers.
