My family of three and our dog visited the restaurant today, where we were pleased to find that our furry friend was allowed in the bar or beer garden. The beer garden was beautifully set up with plenty of spacious tables and play equipment for young children. It was clean and well-maintained. We had the option to order through an app at our table or at the bar if we preferred interacting with a person. Despite being quite busy, our food and drinks arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were delicious. We ordered a chili burger, scampi, and a children's sausage, all of which were well-presented and tasty. The prices were reasonable considering the current increase in overheads and produce costs. We also noticed the carvery, which looked tempting, so we might return to try that. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We decided to order delivery from this restaurant for the first time after seeing their appealing menu, despite it being a bit pricey. We made a special request to remove an item from our order, and the staff was very accommodating when we called to make the change. The food arrived on time and we enjoyed it. The next day, we tried to get a takeaway, but the restaurant was not set up for takeaway orders and we ended up being charged over 20% more for the same items. When we questioned the male bar manager, he was dismissive and rude. However, after speaking with another manager, we were given an explanation for the price difference and were advised on a cheaper way to order takeaway. During this exchange, we overheard the male manager complaining about our inquiry, which we found unprofessional. This experience tainted our opinion of the restaurant and we believe that more staff training is needed.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and definitely worth the money. The staff is very friendly and I would rate my experience 10/10. If anyone has complaints about the food or service, they should rethink their opinions. This was the best meal I've had in a long time and all six of us were very satisfied customers.

My sister and I and my niece and nephews came here and we’re welcomed by the lovely bartender lyubo took our order and made sure everything was ok and the food was lovely kids loved the milkshakes my sister loved her on the beach cocktail and my steak was cooked to perfection and we also had two lovely waitresses look after us too Amy and agne thank you and the play area finished off her experience nicely with the children thank you see you again soon

We had our wedding reception at the Green Man in Rackheath on the 8th April 2022. What an amazing venue it was, the food was absolutely amazing, the staff were all amazing. The manager Lyubo pulled out all the stops for us. They did absolutely everything from decorating to the room up for us, drinks on arrival for the wedding guests and being on hand throughout the whole evening. I would highly recommend The Green Man as a wedding venue for anyone who wants a fantastic and stress free evening. Absolutely Fantastic.
