We often come here for dinner with friends and it never disappoints! The service is always friendly and the food is a cut above the rest for pub grub. This last visit we had the italian schnitzel, the mexican schnitzel, divine crumbed lamb cutlets and the beef - just gorgeous!

Food is fairly overpriced, but ok. Schnitzels all round. Nothing to really complain about there.However, The male manager needs to reassess his career choices if he can't manage to hide his frustrations from his patrons.It's a hotel, it gets busy.Organise yourself appropriately and practise your game face.Not my circus, not my problem and since I'm paying and not the cause of your problems, how about a little customer service with a smile. Not that there will be a next time.

I regularly have lunch here for business purposes. Great menu which is always changing. Food is always a very high standard and service is fantastic

Went twice with a friend a month or so ago and the menu had changed and it was too yuppyish. (Only way to describe it). I am not a fussy eater by any means but I struggled to find anything that wasn't salad, or had chilli or sounded the least appetising. Been here previously and was fantastic but then they changed the menu and the staff are no long up to par. A menu has to offer a range to everyone, not just one particular section of your clientele. Its common sense, the fewer you appeal to the smaller your customer base.Went to order and stood there so long while the person who appeared to be in charge kept trying to find someone else to take my order, yet I was the only one waiting and he served the person before me. I have a disability and can't stand for long periods and this was not a happy experience for me. It would have been quicker to do it himself, but worse still was when he found someone, he grabbed her by the arm and demanded she serve, not ask nicely without touching. Later I went to the bar to get a drink, and the girl saw me approach, and yet went on to serve someone who had arrived after me. You can't pick and choose who you serve and when, you have a clear list of personnel and their duties and ensure they know what they are doing each shift, and you serve in order, not who you prefer or because you are too lazy to take a step or two to the person who is waiting.I will not be back. This was my favourite place to meet friends and for Mum and I to eat when out together, but no more.

Ordered the trio of tacos which we though on reading the menu would be a gastronomic delight. What appeared was 3 taco shells with a decided lack of filling and no real presentation. At $18 or $6 per taco this was so disappointing and it was puzzling the chef thought this meal was good enough to put their name on and serve to a customer. I would have been embarrassed to send this meal out
