I called to place an order and they got mad at me for not knowing apple green is then they hung up on my face

Came here and it was closed when everything else says it’s open. It’s not like I can just pull off the interstate somewhere and go find food. I drive a truck for a living so it’s almost impossible to find something late at night. You all definitely misrepresented yourself about this

Don't bother stopping here. They don't have very good customer service at all. They have a rude little punk named Nick who doesn't want to do his job but will call the customers lazy. When he's standing around doing nothing. And then when they do give you your food they put a ton of salt on it.

The BEST Whopper I've had in many years! I was here on Christmas Eve and very happy that they were open. Other turnpike sites were closed by 6pm on the 24th. I noticed that the team member was very meticulous about adding on my extra pickles as requested and did not hold back on the rest of the condiments. I don't know if I was really hungry that made it taste SO GOOD, but I noticed that the bun was really tasty and didn't disintegrate like I've noticed over the last decade. I would consider myself a BK connoisseur as I have been a customer since 1983 and have tried everything on the menu, new, old, and forgotten. This was so delicious, I know I need to stop again on my next trip next week!!!

Off the Turnpike in Ohio. Clean restroom. Starbucks, Burger King, Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut was open but no one was there to take orders. Never used a kiosk to order. Not two hard but all charge card paying at the kiosk. Not impressed.
