Burger King - Broadview Heights

Late at night, there were only a few of us left in the restaurant, but we received outstanding service from the team behind the counter.

The food was delicious, and the staff were satisfactory—nothing to complain about. The restaurant was pretty empty, which was a plus. Overall, my dining experience was excellent, and the seating area was clean.

I was driving late at night on the turnpike when I happened to stop at this Burger King. There was one employee handling everything on his own, and I noticed he was coughing. Despite that, he was polite and articulate. I overheard someone mention that he was on the night shift until 2 AM when someone else would come in to relieve him. He seemed to manage all the tasks and operate the machines by himself. I only stopped for a coffee, but while I was waiting, I observed him preparing several meals. It was after midnight, and although he was kind, I could sense he was a bit overwhelmed. I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely made an impression.
