They make a range of simple pastries, breads and an extremely good almond croissant. The French woman serving is just delightful.
Excellent Baguette. After hunting high and low for a decent French Stick/Baguette in the 'capes area without success, we stumbled upon a pamphlet for this bakery. Don 't let the location put you off (what seems to be a light industrial area in Vasse, entry from the side of a new block of business units) the baguette we purchased today was perhaps the best I have experienced in Western Australia, and I have tried quite a few after becoming addicted to them when in Paris. The baguette we purchased was so similar to true French baguettes I wonder if they import par cooked baguettes as I know some other places in WA do. Either way the result is excellent. The snail patisserie was also excellent.<br/ <br/ If you are in the area and want a traditional baguette don 't settle for the poor imitations at the more popular bakeries in town pick one up from here on your way past from the wineries.
Quality bread croissants. A husband and wife team run this bakery, and they create some great food. Their almond croissant, fruit loaf and 6 grain loaf were especially tasty. We came across them via their stall at the Margaret River farmers markets.
The lady running the place is pleasant and friendly. She has maps for the South West and gave me a booklet of events and things to do. I chose a few pastry items and ate some there and took the rest with me to nibble on for breakfast tomorrow. They were pretty tasty.
Fre Jac visited our resort this morning, it was great so many lovely pastries. The service was delightful and everything tasted delicious.
