Quiznos

Around 2:10 PM today on 11/25/22, I received very poor service. The Asian lady preparing the sandwiches rolled her eyes then gave me an attitude when I asked her to repeat the two types of cheese they had remaining for the day. After I had paid for my meal, I was given my sandwich that I did not realize would be toasted since this was my first time at Quizno’s. I let the cashier know that I did not ask for it to be toasted, and he responded by shrugging his shoulders with a “sorry” then pointing at his apron with the word “toasty”. Although the other reviews sound promising, I do not plan on returning to this location after today’s experience.

Great place for subs and veggies. I tried soup of the day and it was good.

This is one of our favorite quick stops places in Rochester for always great food! I always give a 5 rating because it is Super, could earn a 10 if that rating was possible. The reason for a 3 rating today was because even though the food and service was great, only 1 out of 3 workers wore a mask. The young woman had a mask on, both of the young men did not. The two men were doing by far the most talking and when I mentioned my surprise that all of them were not wearing masks, the one young man just shrugged his shoulders, looked at me and said I Don 't Know! We took the sandwiches today but next time at Mayo Clinic when we are needing some tasty nourishment and Quizno has not mandated masks for every employee and customer, we will look elsewhere. Especially during this Pandemic this is risky behavior and both my husband and I are 69 years old and have some underlying health issues so we always wear a mask and practice social distancing. Very disappointing today but hope this policy is changed for the safety of everyone! I want to always have Quiznos at the top of our list for future eating enjoyment when visiting Rochester Mayo Clinic!

Delicious food! We don’t have a Quiznos in my town but my husband told me it was a must have and I wasn’t disappointed! Food was amazing and flavorful The line was long but it moved quickly. I could tell they were short staffed but were super nice and friendly. Super busy place at lunchtime. Not a lot of tables available if you wanted to sit and eat. But it still gets 5 s. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
