I never had such a terrible lunch in my life. here are the reasons why it was so bad: 1. we have waited for more than 15 minutes for the menus, ordered sangria and had to drink it for an hour as we were never offered main drinks. 2. we ordered suppen my was from the menu of the day and my man took the pumpkin soup with truffles. we have waited for not less than half an hour, but then we have it without broth, no pfeffer and salt. mine was edible, but not tasty at all, and the suppe of my manne was simply impossible to eat, there was a half bottle of truffle oil in it his teller was dirty. absolutely disgusting
Beautiful location and view. good food and reasonable price (in Swiss conditions). the service was weak.
The “spiritual” place is very touching. The shelter....allows you to eat well physically which is very pleasant...if only for the taste buds....Very friendly welcome
Traditional half and half fondue enjoyed with a view of the Moléson and the Château de Gruyères… it’s cliché, but it always goes down well! Also, there is the paella which is worth the detour! The staff is friendly, the dishes are well served and garnished and the setting is pleasant, far from the hustle and bustle of the town of Bulle. Updated 08/27/2021 Midday meal during the week, daily menu ordered. It already took 10 minutes for the sommelier to make a detour to our table. It will be a large mixed salad and a menu of the day (small green salad and pasta from the chalet (macaroni bathed in a cream and cheese sauce). 15 minutes later, the green salad from the menu of the day arrives. Then 5 minutes later, the big melee. Then, we had to wait 5 minutes to receive the dish of the day. It must have been something like 150g of macaroni bathed in cream and cheese sauce. It's poorly presented, but it has the merit of being good, although very heavy. In the end, it is 1300 when we pay the bill. In this regard, paying CHF 5.40 for 5dl of mineral water by the glass (as opposed to an elegant glass bottle), CHF 4.30 for 3dl of Rivella (also served in a glass without a bottle)… and the most shocking thing is the menu of the day at CHF 20. , for an unfortunate salad and a plate of pasta! For two, for a mixed salad, a daily menu and two drinks, the bill came to more than CHF 47. !! We are not at the Bundesplatz nor on the Quai Mont Blanc!!
Wow.
