Custom House Grill - Brockport

I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in a restaurant ever. I’ve been here twice the first time I got pasta carbonara which I enjoyed but it was just okay, and wait time was about 40 minutes. Second time I’ve come I got chicken tacos, and we waited for our food for an hour and 5 minutes. Waitress was kind but she didn’t even say anything. The tacos were extremely low quality and the biggest kicker is that they weren’t even hot, they were slightly warm, and that’s after eating an hour. The prices aren't super affordable for this place either they’re definitely much higher than the quality of the food. One of the bartenders at one point grabbed a sex doll from behind the counter and gave it to a friend of hers sitting down. So to review the atmosphere is bad, the food is low quality, the wait time is high, and the pricing is higher than it should be. Nicest thing going for it is the proximity to the canal. Definitely never coming back

The building used to be a custom house on the old Erie canal. So it's very historic and it has kept a lot of its charm from that era. The food is tasty burgers, sandwiches and salads. The service is always friendly. A pleasant, reliable place to eat lunch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
