Tommy Doyle's At Sidelines - Brockton

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed once again. The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's easy to see why this place is a favorite among locals.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Wife ordered a chicken sandwich. We both have a bacon cheeseburger with pommes. Won't complain, too hungry!! Then our server disappeared. At some point one took the attention of another server that helped us. Nothing like before... No plans to go back. Kitchen staff is vulnerable.

The food is delicious and huge portions! Definitely get your money's worth. The service is outstanding. Very clean!

While the burger was enjoyable, the overall service and cleanliness issues are why I’m giving this place a one-star rating. If the staff focused more on cleaning and attending to customers instead of socializing, this could be a fantastic establishment, as the food was good. However, we won’t be returning due to the dirty conditions we encountered, even on a slow day. I can only imagine how it must look when it’s busy.

Customer service was really good soon as I arrived in was seated . Once seated I had popcorn I felt like I was at the movie popcorn was nice and fresh lightly butter. For dinner I had crab cakes and the lobster roll was a nice bight of delight the bun was nice and toasted and butter. The lobster was nice and fresh and plentiful i almost did not finish.. I also had the watermelon ? drink thatbwas good
