Burger King - Brockville

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was a mistake made, and the server named Cassy was trying to avoid giving a refund. When I informed them about the mistake, another server named Cristina had a very unprofessional reaction. Thankfully, the manager was able to rectify the situation.

Had a great breakfast at a great price. I love the specials and the choices they have for breakfast and what they offer all day

We were there for some food on Saturday night around 8pm after driving all day from Quebec City. The food was ok but the kids working had blocked the entire hallway to the washrooms with a garbage can blockade (I should have taken a pic, I've never seen anything like it) so we couldn't access any washroom the entire hour or so we were there, either to wash our hands before eating or to use the washrooms before leaving. We had to go to the gas station across the street. I'm pretty sure this is a health and safety violation. It makes me wonder what other corners are being cut that could impact the food.It wasn't busy when we were there and we saw at least 3 different young staff hanging around talking. When we left, a young man had blocked both exit doors with yellow caution signs which we had to push out of the way to get out of the doors. It felt like they were trying to discourage customers from entering the building, despite it being open until 11pm. Next time we are in Brockville we will probably go to the Wendy's across the street.

The Whoppers and fries are tasty and reasonably priced but stay away from the coffee. Nice that juice and milk are available as part of the combos.

I have to say, the food at this restaurant is not terrible, but it's far from great. It's pretty standard for a fast food joint like Burger King. My burger was lukewarm, and while it wasn't cold, it wasn't exactly hot either. The fries were hot, but they tasted old and seemed like they had been reheated in a microwave. Have you ever tried to reheat fast food fries? That's exactly what they tasted like - not very appetizing. And let's not even talk about the bathroom situation. There was green mold in the urinal, and the urinal pad was covered in white and black mold. It looked like it hadn't been changed in years. If they can't keep the bathroom clean, what does that say about the cleanliness of the kitchen?
