Every time I get the chance to get an egg salad with bacon, I take it!! Fresh and the bread was amazing!! Friendly atmosphere. Will return!!Kid-friendliness: Take my kids there all the time, they love it!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
The comments section is also disappointing, especially when I see smug replies like, "Our backup plan is to hire you, when would you like to start?" This attitude is indicative of a larger issue. In the past, when a restaurant was short-staffed, employees would step up and management would do their part to ensure everything ran smoothly. Now, they seem to prefer closing early and responding to criticism with arrogance, which reflects a lack of professionalism. It's really unfortunate because this place used to be fantastic. Edit: Yes, I’m frustrated because you were closed two hours early… again. And your response just proves my point.
After 20 minutes, I went to pick up my order, and while there, I decided to add to it: I ordered a #1 and three large fountain Pepsis, along with one small Pepsi. Upon returning home, I discovered that I had been charged for three sandwiches instead of the two I ordered. Additionally, I received two mini pizzas instead of one mini pizza and one calzone. When I called to explain the situation, the staff member kept insisting that she had repeated my order over the phone, claiming that her co-worker could back her up, which simply wasn't true. The conversation could have been resolved amicably, but she continued to assert what she did without acknowledging the mix-up. When I asked for a supervisor's contact number, she refused to provide it. I am genuinely annoyed because I work hard for my money, and when I choose to spend it at your establishment, I expect to receive what I ordered. Instead, I ended up spending over $50 on items I didn't want.
