Firehouse Subs Broken Arrow

Well made sandwiches. Hook and Ladder are my favorite. The bread is so fresh. Clean and friendly!

I waited over 30 minutes for a simple salad (which had no meat). There were only two couples ahead of me, so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed. When my order finally arrived, the young staff seemed annoyed that they had to pause their chat to get me extra dressing. It's clear they were far from busy during the Friday night dinner rush. I’ve received better service at a fast food restaurant. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place!

The sub was delicious! However, the restaurant could use some cleanliness improvements, as the drink area was rather messy. Additionally, the staff wasn't very friendly.

Good subs and chili. The chicken and dumplings were not as good as the other food. I liked the blue whale mural inside but they ruined it by adding Catoosa PD in the picture with the firefighters. (Not ALL of CPD are terrible dishonest cops, there is maybe 1 good cop). As far as Firehouse Subs goes I would recommend to others but probably won't go back bc it wasn't so much better than anywhere else I eat. Update-i did go back several times. Lol

Good subs. Staff doesnt care.. i ordered 2 subs one was a tuna WITH PICKLE AND TUNA ONLY. THEY GOT IT WRONG. he didnt even put the order in right when i adressed it they looked at me like i was stupid. Never offered to fix it just stared at me and moved in. Won't be back if u cant educate staff in customer service. You might also tell the cashier to wash his hands before making sandwiches after touching money gross. Took forever to get sandwich when no one was really there before me without a sandwich. No urgency to get your food. Sandwich was slopy made.
