As for the sauces, only the honey chipotle stood out as enjoyable; the rest were lacking. The fries were absolutely terrible—completely unseasoned, excessively greasy, and stale, resembling a chewy consistency. They were by far the worst fries I've ever encountered! To make matters worse, they place the fries on top of the sauced wings, which only makes them soggier. The overall value for money is quite poor. Then there were the hand pies, which were equally unappetizing! The pastry was doughy and undercooked, making them completely inedible. We certainly won’t be ordering from here again; we barely finished half of our meal, and most of it ended up in the trash.
The order was ready when I arrived, and they were packing it up. I've consistently had great service at the Chili's To Go during multiple visits to pick up orders.
These are the worst wings I've ever had from a restaurant; they were just awful. One of my drumsticks was undercooked. I ordered the Santa Fe jalapeño cilantro flavor, but it had no taste at all—just salt and black pepper. The wings didn't have any sauce on them. I will never order from here again; you’re better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop.
When a staff member came to my car to check my name, she brought my food and assured me everything was correct. Unfortunately, I didn't double-check the order as I should have. Once I got home, I realized that neither meal included the honey mustard, which is a crucial part of the original chicken crispers. They also forgot to give me utensils, and the two soft drinks I received didn’t taste right. I understand that sometimes the soda machines can be off, but the missing honey mustard and utensils are clear signs of carelessness. Attention to detail is so important in providing good service, yet it seems to be lacking at this Chili's location, both this time and on previous visits. I called the manager to let her know about the issue, and while she was apologetic and offered to bring me the missing items, making the trip back is not realistic for me since I live six miles away. The food arrives cold enough as it is, and I certainly don’t want to add another 45 minutes to the wait time. I declined any offer of compensation because I'm not looking for free food; I just want them to get orders right in the future. Their performance tonight makes me worry for their business if things don't improve. I've had similar issues at another pizza place nearby, where out of three takeout orders, two were made incorrectly—so I stopped going there altogether. I hope the Broken Arrow Chili's doesn't end up on my bad list as well, but it will if this kind of carelessness continues. It's really not that complicated to get orders right.
I ordered takeout and found out that this restaurant operates within a Chili's location, only providing delivery and pickup. Regardless, the wings are excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying the honey Chipotle boneless wings along with the cilantro jalapeno dipping sauce.
