That being said, my past experiences at Red Robin have always been pleasant, with consistently good food and service. I was in the mood for a burger, so I decided to give it a try. We were greeted and seated promptly, and our server, Vicki, quickly took our drink orders while we browsed the extensive menu of burgers, salads, desserts, and a full bar. After placing our order, Vicki brought out fries and dip as an appetizer—a nice addition I didn't expect. My wife and I both opted for the Smoke and Pepper burgers, which feature black-peppered bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a smoky pepper ketchup. I appreciated that they ask how you like your beef cooked. Our burgers arrived shortly, accompanied by more fries, and mine was cooked just as I requested. It was a delicious burger with a nice smoky flavor. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean. We left feeling very satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the fries and dip. This meal at Red Robin was a success for me!

We visited to enjoy my Birthday Reward—when you join the rewards program, you earn various discounts, including a complimentary burger on your birthday. My husband and I shared the Southern Charm burger and the fish and chips. Both dishes were enjoyable—the Southern Charm burger features a brown sugar-glazed patty, cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, and caramelized onions. It was messy but delicious. The fish and chips were light and tender. Our youngest ordered the bottomless mac and cheese, which he always enjoys. Our oldest had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and loves dipping his fries in the campfire sauce. Overall, it was just as we expected from a chain restaurant—reliable service and tasty food.

The food here was fantastic! The restaurant was very clean, and the service was quite efficient. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be returning!

The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the burgers and sides were incredible. I really want to try one of their enticing desserts, but I was too full. I highly recommend Red Robin!

We were very disappointed with the service—it was terrible. We had to wait 10 minutes just to place our drink order, and by that time, we decided to order food as well, but we had to wait again. Our appetizers came out with our main dishes instead of before, and we never received our silverware. When we asked our waitress for napkins, we still didn’t get any, so I ended up walking over to the bar to get them myself. By the time our food arrived, it was cold. We've dined at other Red Robin locations that were much busier, yet the service was far better. To top it off, we found our check on the floor. We informed the manager, but she merely asked for payment for the food. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location again.
