Contribuisci feedbackWe arrived to place our order at 5:55 PM tonight, and we didn't receive our two pizzas until 7 PM because they lost our order. There was no one else in the restaurant when we ordered, so it's hard to understand how that could happen. They didn't take any steps to resolve the issue. When we finally got to our hotel just two minutes away, the pizzas were poorly cooked and seemed like they were just thrown in the box without care. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. Next time, I think I'll choose Pizza Hut instead.

I ordered online and used the drive-thru. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and efficient, and the pizza and bread were delicious. I really appreciate that everything was perfect!
I do not recommend ordering from Domino's. They permit employees to smoke and drink inside the store. The general manager speaks poorly about previous managers by name, which is unprofessional, especially since people in the industry tend to know each other. This is also one of the worst places to work; they even fired someone due to a family loss. The workload is excessive, and while some employees have been caught smoking in the walk-in, no action has been taken against them. I suggest being cautious about where you choose to order from.
Talked with a gentleman from Cleburne, Texas and he was very helpful with my phone order. He took his time answering my questions and I asked him over 12 questions! He had very great customer service and patience! Thank you!
