Mcdonald's - BROMLEY

Early Wednesday evening, had to wait as usual, wrong food cold but didn’t check until home (5minutes away) was just as bad last time (6 months ago) we won’t be going back.

The food (burger and fries) is, at best, tepid. The Coke is almost room temperature. At least they're consistent it's the same every time I go there whether it's a busy time or quiet. How difficult is it to get this right?

We planned to eat in but car park was full so we had to drive thru we were told to wait 10 mins, my grandchild was starving!! When given there was one item missing, my grandchild missed out on her chicken mayo. A family treat was not fulfilled and was too much hassle Didn’t enjoy it one bit

Previously, an acquaintance of mine went to McDonalds here.My acquaintance went through the drive through. They had a smooth run until collecting. They had to wait 10 minutes for food and was greeted by a member of staff with attitude. The staff are overwhelmed and can not handle the pressure, which makes this McDonald’s go down the drain. It is also apparent that the staff mess up orders, forget to put in items and leave food out in the open for it to go cold.
