Brilliant place. Wonderful food, lovely staff and atmosphere. This is now my cafe of choice. At the same time I get a history lesson from every wall. I love it here.
Wonderful food, swift service and lovely staff. Would recommend. Nice music too (not too intrusive).
Even before we ordered we were uncomfortable with the blasting out of a radio station playing hugely intrusive music. We decided even before the food arrived that we wouldn't return because of the awful noise. Food wasn't memorable. Good sausages, not very tasty black pudding -thinly sliced ? and tasteless. Fried slice was brown bread which is certainly healthy but not what you expect from a full English. The cafe was cold and our request to shut the door was ignored.
Before my partner's flight in a Spitfire at Biggin Hill, I searched for a restaurant to visit and thanks to Google, I found a fantastic place. The food and staff were excellent. I highly recommend checking out the memorabilia and trying the freshly cooked food. Sally even took the time to give us a tour and share the history behind some of the displays. It was a great start to an amazing day. Thank you.
