Starbucks - BROMLEY

The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. The staff were unfriendly and barely spoke to me. They seemed to ignore my order and then made it incorrectly. I felt like an inconvenience when they got my drink wrong. I have been to many other Starbucks locations with a friendlier atmosphere, so I will not be returning to the Beckenham store anytime soon.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! My friends and I visited on a Sunday afternoon and were served by Junior, who had a delightful smile and provided excellent service. The drinks were delicious and prepared promptly. I will definitely be returning, especially with the assistance of Tayla, who was also very helpful.

The cafe is usually very good with a nice atmosphere. I used to work at the East Grinstead branch years ago after university, so I am familiar with the customer standards, training, and behaviors within the company. I pride myself on being patient and polite, and as customers, we want to feel welcomed and not like we are a bother. Unfortunately, a blonde server with glasses was overheard making negative comments about a customer and was chatting with her friends as if it were a casual hangout spot. It seemed like she couldn't be bothered with her attitude. The other server and manager were pleasant and professional. This may be just my experience, as I have only encountered this particular server a few times.

This is a huge shop with a smattering if furniturecaroynd the perimeter walls. Food drink is of usual Starbucks standards, I have been in doctors waiting rooms that are more comfortable/inviting.

I have never been in such a dirty coffee bar as this. It was full of people on their lap tops and there was no where to sit. When we dashed for a table the chairs and the table were covered with crumbs and dirty crocs. Never again!
