Drove all the way from Montreal south shore and got refused service when we walked in at 8:30. On google the restaurant is supposed to close at 9pm. Two employees made eye contact and walked in the kitchen avoiding us completely. We had to walk up to the kitchen 5 mins later to find out they closed the restaurant early. We normally love east side Mario’s but this was very disappointing and a waste of gas and time Service: 1

I don’t know why i like east side mario so much. Might be a nostalgia factor, i used to go with my mom. Now they are far from Montreal. They didnt open the door at opening time but waited a little bit. Also a few flies in the restaurant. But food was good value. Love the endless salad and bread This is a chain sit down, so set expectations accordingly! I love it Food: 5
