Our first experience tasting flammekueches. They were delicious and served with a nice side salad. Our server was delightful and the owner came out to thank us. We overwhelmingly confirm the 5 star rating.

Now I know why this is rated 5 stars! The owner and his daughters love what they do and work hard! Great to see down to earth and passionate restaurateurs like them. No fuss no marketing, they just shine genuinely with yummy quality food, clean andstylish venue and exceptional service and smile! Food are delicious and we had our best veggie « flammecoeurs » ever!Better than expected! Was afraid they don?t have space for big group but they made things happen and it was actually a reallyenjoyable and fun night! The onwner took the time to explain the origins and the ins and outs of the food there. Will comeagain definitely!

Everything about this cozy restaurant is perfect. We stopped after a hike hesitated to try it because it was empty (at 4 pm) but did not regret it at all. Customers arrived later and some picked up to go. The experience of trying several choices of their menu was great.Very friendly and professional staff.For sure we will revisit next time we will be around the area.
