Scary one soon as we check in we went to the elevator got to the second floor when door open to men put their hands up to try to scare us but we were tired didn't pay them no mind room was nice great Manhattan view through the window

I love the service and the food ,specially the BLT sandwich.

I waited several minutes to place my order, but no one attended to me. I asked multiple times, and the staff just responded with "hold on, miss" in Spanish. It's frustrating to be treated like that—what kind of business asks customers to wait without good reason?

The service is incredibly attentive, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu, including sandwiches!
