Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the whopper from this location on December 12th, 2022. the sandwich tasted as if it was cooked in deep frittier and over boiled, burned. I was not happy with the ordering and was that it was the only place to order from this was open at 10-10:30. because there is no pizza anymore or even 7-eleven, subways were closed.
Waited over 20 minutes to order only that they will screw up my order. asked and paid for two double-bascon cheeseburgers were given two regular one-single castles. when I went back to the store, they wouldn't refund my order and repair my food because it was over a 30-minute cut-off time. when I was head of company saying there was no window and my money should have been returned since I had the article. make sick a sequence with business this place is the worst not here just two workers in the filiale go and it takes 20 minutes to take ur order. hold the flap!
My commands came without the extras I paid (baby, doublepatty, etc.) they want to calculate extra for sauce, but makes their orders wrong. I feel terrible for the hired, they only have 1 person in the front and maybe 1 in the kitchen (can not.) that weep that worked there, tried their best, but seemed to work by themselves. they need more employees to avoid errors like this. very disappointing, I didn't eat that I paid.
Eating is always cold. no customer service room ever. every cash is in the normally rude, no matter when. food: 3/5
Customer service here sucks its Monday Sept 26th 7:15pm and the cashier is miserable and has no manners. Also failed to say the debit card machine is not working until after I ordered luckily I had a $50 bill behind my cell phone case smh. They should have a sign to warn customers.
