Carvel Ice Cream - BRONX

The restaurant almost received a perfect score, but some dishes are a bit pricey. The items on the menu are delicious and match their description perfectly. I will definitely be returning soon.

This restaurant has been around for over 30 years and the quality has remained consistently excellent.

I was contacted by the driver to confirm if everything was delivered with my order, to which I replied yes. However, Carvel later called me back and I spoke with a manager named Daniel who proceeded to ignore me while on the phone. Despite my efforts to address issues with my order, he continuously disregarded me. Even after admitting that all the products were supposed to be included in my order, his team still failed to deliver them. It is disappointing how they handled the situation.

Had the sparklers but the homeless guy in front of the store killed the happiness
