Contribuisci feedbackExtremely nasty customer service,rude ...i purchased a hot coffee and the guy behind the counter put his hands on lid you drink from after touching money, that's very unsanitary I requested another cup of coffee and he starting to yell, and another womanfrom behind the counter starting yelling as well. Absolutely disgusting service would never eat or drink anything in there,flies all over the place too. No thanks.
I stopped coming here because they can never make there menu items correctly. Always disappointed after spending my money here and not getting what I ordered correctly. Finally decided to come back and a get a drink. The guy behind the counter decides toanswer his phone while he's stering my drinking talking right over it. Like thanks for that had to ask the lady to make me a newone. Reminds me why I hate eating at fast food places.
The worker ?Thleep? is horribly disrespectful, and cursed at me simply because I asked to change my drink. I had not even paid and it a simple change that didn?t even require a new drink. Not that it matters. He called me all typed of names and then the?Manager Alex? decided to call me and when I told him what happen he made excuses for his employee saying ?Maybe he had a badday.. I don?t know why he did that?. Do you think I want to be disrespected by someone who is supposed to serve me in a pleasantmanner, then receive a phone call only for the manager to sound like he just woke up and is siding with his horrendouslydisrespectful employee. This was the worst Dunkin? experience I?ve ever had.
Great spot. Friendly workers, do not take too long to get your order, and sometimes will give you additional food for free (you don?t ask for it, sometimes it?s just there).
The food always seems to be fresh and tasty to me. I never have any complaints regarding the food and the way they upkeep the restaurant. I see that the new changes they made about a year ago help the customer see everything they’re doing behind the counter which would seem like a plus to the customer. There’s no seating like before though but idk if it’s due to Covid still or they just don’t want to provide indoor dining. Also, some of the female workers can sometimes get an attitude during the middle of the day rush hour when they get your order wrong and try to blame you for it. That’s why I rated 4 instead of 5 stars.
