Coffee and everything else tastes better wekdays.. weekends the coffee is horrible last time I threw away a capuccino that was everything but that. Would have asked for a replacement but went through the drive thru.. make sure you check your bags beforedriving off as they tend to forget items

Very bad! They took my order correctly but delivered the wrong item. When I asked for a latte, they only gave me coffee. This was probably the third time this had happened to me. It was even ok the last time because I could drink the coffee, but lastnight they just gave me hot water with milk and sugar when I asked for a medium latte with almond milk and 1 splenda. It's notjust me; some of my other friends have had similar problems in the past. I'll go back to this store just to make sure I'm notrating it wrong. And if I get better experience this time, I'll rate it a 5.

Great place! Great coffees! But the staff is not so customer friendly. Ordered 20 munchkins and just gave me 10. Went back to ask nicely for the other 10 and the cashier was getting upset.

The employees here are always in a rush and trying to fly through all the customer which actually slows them down. Makes them mess up the orders and they either burn the food or the food isn't cooked enough. Sometimes you gotta give them time to makecoffee. Sometimes they get mad at customers and just straight up ignore them or talk trash about them in a different language.Basically they're very unprofessional here. Some people have good experiences but I've seen more people getting bad service herethan good also the little counter where you throw trash out. It's usually a mess and that's because of the customer's making amess and not cleaning up after themselves but at the end of the day it's the Dunkin donuts employees job to clean it up right?Anyways come here at your own risk lol.

I normally order thru the app between 3 5 am normally it?s pretty quiet and clean my visit normally runs smooth but sometimes when a certain worker is present brown skin guy with glasses sporting an unrelaxed mini Afro I usually have towait 5 7 minutes before he even realizes that an order was placed through the app keep in mind there?s a bell that goes offwhen an order is placed through the app then not to mention he takes his sweet little ol time and my coffee is never hot orgood when he makes it how dreadful?other than that I?m usually always in and out please note after midnight thru 5 am thedonuts are always not fresh so when I do order donuts I?ll make sure it?s after 5 AM
