Dunkin' - BRONX

I ordered a medium caramel latte with oat milk, and what I received was disappointing. There was no caramel, and the drink was incomplete. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order. While the convenience of being right next to the Metro-North makes it easy to grab a coffee, it really defeats the purpose if the orders aren’t made correctly. Instead of a latte, it tasted more like hot coffee with oat milk poured in. If you’re looking for a reliable cup of coffee, I recommend heading to the Dunkin' Donuts located at 233rd and White Plains Road, where they get your order right every time!

This Dunkin' is a small but convenient spot located inside a gas station. Keep in mind that it doesn't offer the amenities you would find at a regular location, such as seating. However, you can still use your app to order and pay ahead, which is a plus. The staff is friendly, although service may be a bit slow due to the limited space—only two employees can work at a time!

I only visit in the morning for coffee, and the parking situation can be quite amusing because the area gets really busy.

This place as been here for years. Facility is clean, workers are friendly and courteous. I don't like Dunkin's coffee. It is so weak. To get something close to decent, you have to spend between $5 and $6 on a Machiata.
