Healthy Fresh - BRONX

Went thought most of my salad and found this. Very disappointed will no longer be going there.

I just ordered a salad I used to love buying for the second time it has wilted greens. I was so grossed out, I didn’t eat. I out took a picture sent it to Healthy Fresh management. I asked for my money back was given a hard time as the lady I spoke to says they don’t do cash back return only credit. Finally, Miguel (a manager) said he would give me cash the following day as registers can’t return my transaction. Nonsense a waste of time. I definitely will not be returning to this place. I also won’t recommend it.

I left the restaurant about 20 minutes ago at 10:50 on 11/17/23. The grilled cheddar cheese with tomato on whole wheat that I ordered was disappointing. It was served ice cold with the cheese simply placed on top of a tomato between two pieces of white bread. Even my 5-year-old son can make a better sandwich. If the restaurant is looking for someone with better sandwich-making skills, my son is willing to train that individual for free. After reading the negative reviews about this place, I regret not choosing a better option. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The paninis are very small, more like a snack than a full meal. Despite their size, the taste was very bland and unappealing. I would not purchase food from this restaurant again.

The food at this restaurant is okay, but the service is terrible. I don't understand why they hire family members who can't work well together. The atmosphere is unprofessional, with employees joking around and discussing their personal lives instead of taking their job seriously. This is not what our neighborhood needs - we need staff who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Trying to call the restaurant between six and seven, no one answers the phone even though their sign says they are open until nine. Their ratings speak for themselves, and I wish I could give them half a star. Remember, we value healthy, fresh food and good service - if you can't provide that, we don't need you. It's time for this restaurant to step up and improve.
