Pj Brady's - BRONX

On this chilly evening, we started with soup—a chicken vegetable and a creamy mushroom. Both were delicious, but the mushroom soup was truly spectacular, packed with mushrooms! We also tried one of their cheese pizzas that we’d heard so much about, and I was blown away by how good it was; the sauce, cheese, and crust were all excellent! The owner, John, treated us to their daily special: homemade crab cakes with a sauce that was possibly the best I've ever tasted. Our entrees came in generous portions and were just as wonderful! I had the king cut Angus prime rib with a baked potato and carrots. The steak was incredibly tender and flavorful! My friend, John, ordered his favorite chicken parmesan but with a twist of vodka sauce, which turned out to be a fantastic combination. He loved it and gave it a top rating! I enjoyed a Manhattan served straight up on the sweeter side, complete with two cherries—which was perfect. We had to forgo dessert tonight because we were delightfully full. P.J. Brady’s truly feels like the Cheers of the neighborhood, and they are celebrating their 26th anniversary, so make sure to stop by and show this local gem some love!

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations for your meal. I highly encourage you to stop by and see for yourself. I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great food and friendly staff! It can get busy, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. The wings are excellent, and there's a lovely variety of dishes to choose from. Give it a try!

Best pizza and wings around. Quick delivery too. The owner is a gentleman who always supports the community and does the right thing by everyone.

I've passed by this tavern many times during my neighborhood walks, I wanted to give this restaurant a try and they did not disappoint... I ordered the Shepherd's Pie and I don't know how to even give the pie a rating since it was the best I've ever tasted in an Irish restaurant, it was amazing, the pie was freshly baked and lightly seasoned, it was really delicious...
