Starbucks - BRONX

Today after I get my order if I ask for a refill, they told me no refill for cold drinks. if I ask if she was sure she only refills us for hot drinks, I know that this is not correct, I am a regular customer at dieucks, but not at this place.

Im tired of ordering and always getting the wrong order. Yes the place is nice but when the workers can’t get any delivery orders correct is beyond me. 3 wrong orders in a week. Get it together!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I visited this location today for the first time to take advantage of the Tuesday drink special. The store was clean and well lit. The barista Ayanka was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional as I was having difficulties with the app and it would not let me order ahead. Ayanka took great care of my daughter and I. We will definitely return to this location and I hope Ayanka is present. Ayanka thank you Queen! We appreciate your kindness, beautiful smile and spirit.

It's always busy here but everything is always made with love. Great customer service.

I was very unhappy with the professionalism of one of the baristas today. I frequently purchase food and drinks from here because I work nearby. My coworker went on a Starbucks run for the staff in the office. She received the wrong drink so I went back to exchange it for the correct one. I was being ignored at first until I got the attention of the young man that was dealing with the food items. He notified the young lady, that my coworker described to me as the one who made the drinks for her, of my complaint. She totally disregarded what I wanted. She made what I guess she felt she wanted including downsizing the size of the actual drink purchased. I was totally disgusted and felt as if she did not want to be of assistance to me. Not once did she even try to talk to me to see exactly what it was that I was requesting. I got upset and just threw the old drink out and accepted what was given to me. I’m usually a happy customer here but today was very disappointing.
