The man who took my order of a “Number 4” mistook it as a “4 Piece tender meal”, it was an honest mistake.Things took a turn when i got my food (the chicken).I asked the cashier about it and he continued to argue that I had said “4 piece tender”. Now which is more believable, that my brain that was set on a nice milo’s double cheese burger (number four) said A FOUR PIECE TENDER, or if he, after trying to memorize my order, misheard me and put a tender on the screen instead. He was quite rude and didn’t make an effort to provide good customer service. I didn’t get his name, but he was a tall, skinny, black man.The manager that day came out and was WONDERFUL. He made the issue much better and provided wonderful service. That aside, my burger was great and the chicken that i got to keep was also good. Clean establishment.
My son and I went right at opening on a Tuesday. We live out of town and he's never had the experience of Milo's fries. The manager/cashier went out of her way to bring out a fry with every available sauce and an explanation of each. Top tier service and my son is now in love with the fries.
Staff standing around talking and laughing in view of the window. I waited 7 minutes for fries and a shake. Very unprofessional and inattentive to customers.
Lady at front was fine, friendly and professional. But, cheeseburger was the worst I have ever had at Milos and I love Milos. Meat was mealy and not done enough for me, no sauce and bread was wet!!! Could not finish eating it. Very disappointing.
Will not go back to this Milo’s ever again. Was told to pull forwards to wait for my food. I did then the lady in the drive window started screaming at me to move and then a young lady came out and demanded i moved. I had nowhere else to move and had already been waiting on the food for 15 minutes. I finally get my food after 25-30 mins of waiting and get home with the food for my family and the chicken was under cooked and the burger was still pink. NEVER AGAIN.
