Over Easy - Brook Highland

I had my food delivered while I was at work. As I was almost done I found the red pepper still had the sticker on it as pictured below. Everything else was good, but I was through when I saw that.

Great breakfast! If you don't get there early it appeared to get crowded quick. Think they were short-staffed the day we were there, but we really didn't wait long for our food and never felt neglected by our waitress, they were hustling! We'd definitely recommend and if we're ever back in Birmingham we'll eat here again.

My fiancé and I stopped here on our way down to Montgomery and had a wonderful breakfast experience. I had a grits bowl that was hearty and warm, and the biscuits also were flakey and delicious. Quaint and cute, real charming little place !

Great Breakfast…Hash Basket was amazing and those blue grits are worth coming back for, again and again!!

They tend to fix over medium fried eggs that are scorched and at same time uncooked white portion. When they replace the eggs, they are still scorched and yoke hard. I chose not to eat and told server not her fault, I still got charged for the order. No big deal. They need the more than me. I will not return.
