I couldn't tell you about the food because we ended up leaving before placing our order. First time and the last time I will ever drive over an hour to Pazzo Pizza! Walked in with a friend and her adorable granddaughter. First off was starred down from a woman who looked at us if we were coming in to take her pizza from her. The other table had a older man who had his back to us but was slopping down spaghetti (atIeast I think that was spaghetti). My first thought of the man was perhaps he was homeless and they gave him a free meal. Not judging, just saying. That was the only two tables occupied inside Pazzo's. We walked to the front to order and the girl was on the phone taking an order. She wouldn't even lift her eyes up to acknowledge us as we waited. My friend looked at me and I at her. She whispered, do you want to leave, I don't like the ambiance. I agreed with her. The girl behind the counter still didn't acknowledge our presence! A young guy walks from the back upto the girl on the phone, and he couldn't even bother speaking a word!! At that point, 6.5 minutes of waiting we decided to just leave. It was obvious neither of them cared. Our money wasn't good enough for Pazzo's Pizza! We drove away after we found another Pizza place via Google, that we will gladly return to! The minute we walked in the door at the other Pizza restaurant we were greeted by every employee we came in contact with!! The service was top notch from the time we walked through their doors until the time we left! The Pizza... Mmmm was right on point, it was delicious and reasonable!! Our food came out quick and hot! and trust me they were busy!.. They even had a group of at least 20 people that they were catering to along with four other tables of double and triples. A few seated at the bar as well. Ambiance was great!Pazzo Pizza was dark and dingy. My friend and myself are both business owners of different companies. We know who we will have to service our corporate accounts and events while in town and it Won't be Pazzo's.The other Pizza place we ended up was well worth the additional drive!!! We will be back!!
Sadly. This wasn’t a good choice for lunch I had high hopes. The people who run the place are very nice. But the food wasn’t. I had the garlic cheese knots. Was extremely doughy and tasted undercooked. I couldn’t eat it. The side of marina tasted like the sauce from the chef Boyardee cans. Not good. Then I had ordered 2 slices of regular cheese pizza. Sadly. Not good. Just didn’t taste good. I’ve been to many places and I grew up in Brooklyn NY. So I know good pizza. Sadly. This wasn’t one place. Alabama does have a few good places
Awesome very fresh lots of meat on slice, one slice is enoughWheelchair accessibility: I saw a lady in wheelchair was dining inside restaurant and seems like she was a regular guest at restaurant
I dont know what happened to this place but it has gone down hill!!! Pizza crust was hard. The garlic knots had no garlic at all. The drinks at the drink station was flat and coke and Coke Zero did not work. I told someone and she tried to convince me that the drinks were not flat. I couldn’t eat the pizza it was gross ended up leaving it there. Won’t ever return !
