Contribuisci feedbackI tried to place a order online, the website was having issues so I drove to the store, tried to order the same thing and the manager John told me he couldn 't process the order I had to place it online. I explained to the manager the situation and he said that they have nothing to do with the Internet which was weird because I was ordering from a taco bell website. As I pulled through the drive thru with no food ordered I stopped at the window and asked for the store , at first John the manager was hesitant, then he wasn 't sure but started to give me a number, stopped again and told me he couldn 't give the store number to me. I asked if there was anyone working who knew the store number and he said no.Get better training for your management if this is how the interact with your customers, they 'll take more orders and make more money for the company.
Just love paying sit in restaurant pricing and not getting all my food. Went to go inside to have the staff correct it and all the doors were locked!
I don't know why, but this Taco Bell has NEVER got my order correct. I've been there about 10 12 times, and they can't seem to get it together. The service is always nice, but I am either missing items, the order was made wrong, or, in this last case I got someone else's order. If you like happy and friendly people, but don't care if you actually get what you ordered, then this is your place!
Usually the food is good but the last 3 times I have gone here, the nachos always taste awful! Like they need to change the grease or something. Didn't even touch them this time because it just smells like burnt grease...
Don’t come to this location. Doesn’t get orders right.
