Café Hollander Brookfield Corners

I am incredibly disappointed. If you have allergies, be cautious with Café Hollander. I ordered over the phone and specifically mentioned that I have a gluten and milk allergy. I was told they would inform the kitchen, but my delivery arrived with cheese. How frustrating! Additionally, my BLT had only three small pieces of bacon on it (see attached photo), and it cost $17. What a rip-off! When I called Hollander during my lunch break, they said there was nothing they could do because I ordered through Uber Eats. However, Uber Eats didn’t do anything wrong. I am extremely disappointed by their careless handling of allergy concerns, the meager portion for the price I paid, and their lack of accountability for their mistake.

This restaurant boasts a fantastic location, lively atmosphere, and tasty dishes! They offer a diverse menu with plenty of food and drink options, accommodating both small and large groups. While the cheese curds were a bit overcooked, the rest of the meal was excellent. The children's meals are served in a fun Bento box style, complete with fruit and vegetables. The venue also features outdoor seating as well as an indoor area, and the service is friendly.

I had my first experience trying the food, and I was very satisfied. The shells were delicious!

I've reserved an outside dome since we had dogs and guests from the city. It was a fun experience to eat outside in winter. The service was good and the Pomegranat-Mule-Drinkpack that we selected was delicious. I liked all the appetizers and the tacos breakfast. The side potatoes were superbland and others in my group also don't like their potatoes

Really cool atmosphere and the beet burger was amazing. Not sure how healthy this sandwich was but it did pack an amazing amount of flavor. If I was ever back in the area I would definitely return and get the beet burger again.
