Einstein Bros. Bagels - Brookfield

The drive-thru service is extremely slow at this restaurant, mainly due to the large orders placed by Brookfield housewives totaling $500. They should consider going inside to pick up their orders so the rest of us can get our black coffee and go. The restaurant's recent rebuild has resulted in a beautiful interior. I enjoy coming here to work, although I am not a fan of the coffee house music. The jalapeno cheddar bagel is a saving grace that makes me feel alive despite my initial frustrations with the experience.

I adore these women at the restaurant! Unfortunately, it wasn't a good day. When I inquired if my drink was sugar-free (I needed it to be for my diet), they responded with "As much as you can handle!" This really cheered me up. I think they are great. The sandwich was as delicious as always.
