In any case, the lobby has not opened. Would my first time Einstein Bagels have been tried, but I was joined with her ordering sign and tried to call and then tell me an assumed message by email? No, you just lost a customer!

Friendly staff, clean place. I stop here once a week usually and over the past few weeks I have gotten the wrong bagel and drink on 4 separate occasions. I am a regular and get the same thing each time unless I change up my bagel. I ordered a cranberry one day and got some cinnamon thing with a cream cheese I'd never eat, I left work to switch it out. I've gotten the wrong drink 3 times now, I order a medium caramel high rise, one day I got plain black coffee and today a large hot chocolate or something of the sort and another time i got what tasted like a watered down caramel high rise. I don't know what has been going on but it's quite disappointing, this was one of my favorite stops in the morning.

Online ordering quickly and mobile ordering clearly marked. The store was clean. Food and drinks are delicious and made as ordered.
