Taco Bell - Brookfield

I ordered online in restaurant lissabon ave. when I gave up my order, I went to the drive-thru and the employee told me that the load was closed. when I told them I made an online order, they told me to break it because they didn't make it. there was another employee in the locked lobby sitting on their phone and eating. I sincerely hope they don't pay those people. I've seen bad service, but that's ridiculous. if their business does not find people, they legally close it, instead of lazy children to blow the money of the company.

Thought I would give it another try.Every item I tried to order on the menu in front of me was no longer available. I then found items that where available. Pulled up to pay and was told cash only. I asked for the Manger was told she is the Manger. I had asked for the meal complimentary as misinformed. She said not my fault the c.c. machine is down.This country is in serious trouble.Time to bulldozer that tacobell

As of a few months ago this Taco Bell was trash. Shilo served me tonight drivethru and 10/10. Customer service is awesome and my food was perfect. She is on of the people who turned this place around. She deserves a raise!!

We ordered a burrito meal and a nacho Belgrade meal. The taco with the burrito meal maybe about 1 teaspoon size of meat, no sour cream, maybe about a couple of tomatoes. It looked pitiful. The nachos looked the same. Not much of anything. We called to complain and said to come back and get a free meal. We did, it didn't look much better and then the lady said we only get the one item free, not the meal that we were promised. We won't be going back there! !!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They gave me RANCID chips in my Nachos Bell Grande! I seriously want to puke, I was so grossed out. ? And I spent over $40 on my order. This completely ruined it, and I had to throw it all away. I will never ever go to this location again. So nasty!!!
