Food was not great, just ok. Service was very slow.

I’m glad I could use this app and get a reservation at the time I wanted! The alcoholic drinks were awesome and the food was good although not sure who go the order a bit wrong the waiter or the cooks. Everything was fixed and we enjoyed the night and the conversation with the waiter.

Good food but service was awful!! Spent more time waiting for our food and bill than actually eating. One of the people in our party got the wrong meal and it took over 30 minutes for her correct meal. Spent over 3 hours there- 90% was waiting for everything. Server rarely came back to check on us during that 3 hours... definitely don’t recommend this place

I originally stopped at a local steakhouse however, because they were packed, I decided to use open table app to make a reservation. Available at a few places but chose TGIF as they had something available in 20 min (7pm). We arrived at 650pm and this place was full as well with about 15 people waiting in the lobby. I approached the host and they said there is a wait. I mentioned I had reservations at 7 and they told me because we had reservations we would be next but they mentioned that several people were missing work and so they are running behind. I said ok and walked around the corner to a place to sit at the bar waiting for them. 7 pm came and I stepped back over by the host and they told me it should be soon. I waited at the bar again where I was asked if I wanted drinks , I declined as the I thought the host would come soon but thanked her for asking. At 706p the host came and got us and sat us back in the booths. This was a comfortable area and had quite a few interesting things to look at. The server came about 5 min later, told us about a few things on the menu and since we knew what we wanted we ordered drinks and appetizers right away. It took about 10min for the drinks and another 7 min for appetizers. You could tell the server was quite busy and many more others filled in the tables around us. We waited another 15 for the food and it arrived as ordered. I will mention that the broccoli was a bit overdone on my plate but was ok on the other plate. I was hungry and I ate it anyway. The steak was made as ordered and food was hot. The server stopped over several times and asked how the food was. He also kept my glass of lemonade full although one time he filled it with water and once I told him he apologized and promptly fixed it. The server in my opinion, based on how busy it was, did a great job. He was attentive yet not overbearing. As for the atmosphere, it did get really noisy with a crying child but as a parent you accept this. I will be back again

We went with another family of 3 on a Sat night. Both of the wive’s food were made wrong (asked for a deletion of onions or peppers only). My wife’s food came out first. When the other plate came out it was still wrong. A manager worked to fix the issue. Our server did not come back very often, so we had to flag her down. At the end of our meal the other couple ordered ice cream for their son. They specifically asked for ice cream w/ just chocolate sauce. It came out with carmel sauce and whip cream which their son won’t eat. No offer was made to comp the one entree or for a free dessert, etc. On our previous visit I ordered my favorite dish and discovered they reduced the portion size of it. A small piece of chicken with some broccoli came out. I was still hungry after we ate so we stopped for a burger on our way home. Overall, sadly this is not a place I will come back to again. It used to be better but has declined.
