Abruzzi Pizza - Brookhaven

I came across a review by Angel Hernandez and thought, wow, if this guy traveled all the way from Arizona to try this restaurant, it must be worth a visit! I heard it was under new management, so I was really excited to check it out. I was a bit worried that the short, stocky guy who used to work there might not be around anymore since Angel had written his review over a year ago. To my surprise, when I walked in, I was greeted by that same short, stocky guy at the front counter. He was really friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I should have come here sooner. I will definitely be returning, not just for the food but also for the excellent service from that short, stocky guy. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, and if I could give 6 out of 5 for his service, I absolutely would!

I've been coming here for years and absolutely love their pizza sauce! They have a variety of fantastic lunch specials. Overall, I rate it a perfect 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I usually dine in for lunch, and the prices are quite affordable, typically ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding! I ordered takeout for dinner, and I would say the price per person falls between $30 and $50. I would rate both the food and service a perfect 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also excellent. I highly recommend trying their Pepperoni Pizza!

Ordered takeout for first time-new to the area. Ordered pepperoni Stromboli, mozzarella fries and buffalo tenders. Not very expensive which was good, but also not very good. Perhaps the pizza is their thing? I’ll keep looking to find my new takeout spot. Very nice staff though! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
