Dairy Queen - Brookhaven

Burger and all the trimmings was very hot like it had been warmed in the microwave. Bread was almost rubbery. It wasn't fresh. Another visit Burger Patties was way overcooked/burnt, so we couldn't eat it most of it. Then it gave us heartburn andindigestion the next day. Blizzards was good. I will start asking for medium well burger patty.

I'm not sure if they've hired new staff or if they simply have the right amount of employees now, but the service has definitely improved. I hadn't dined here in about a year due to inconsistent service in the past, but I was very pleased with the service today.

My wife and I ordered flamethrowers, only to be extremely disappointed. There was no spice, and the vegetables were so bad that even the trash can would have rejected them. It’s clear that the staff needs basic training in hygiene and food handling skills. Additionally, my children ordered kids' meals, which included a free dessert or 50 cents off a mini Blizzard. When we mentioned the coupon, the cashier insisted that it only applied to the 50 cents off, despite the coupon clearly stating otherwise. I wish I could offer assistance in teaching him how to read, but unfortunately, I live too far away. Plus, I doubt he would pass my tests.

The place a health risk the staffs cloths are nasty no one in a uniform. Food was cold and fried food was cooked in burn grease. The mold hanging from the ceiling was not the worst there was water dripping from roof in my food

Avoid the drive-through; the three Blizzards I ordered weren't frozen at all and seemed like they were made just five minutes before. I can't speak for the lobby, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going through the drive-through again.
