Starbucks - Brookhaven

The drive-thru was packed so we went inside. It really is a nice location and everyone was very friendly. My only gripe ever with Starbucks is that the price for my White Mocha keeps going up. I was in line today and witnessed impeccable customer service from Valdez to a customer who absolutely did not deserve any kindness, but received nothing but kindness and patience from Valdez anyway. Hats off to you for being an amazing and kind person!! The world could definitely use more people like you Starbucks is lucky to have you! Service: 5

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The baristas here are incredibly friendly and provide such a solid customer service experience. I order a custom drink (which can be tricky), and if it's ever off they have no problem fixing it for me or troubleshooting to figure out why it's different than expected. My kids love Ryan and Josh at the drive thru- they always say hi to them with a smile or a treat. Service: Take out

Store could be better stocked and cleaner. There are a lot of people “working” behind the counter but it always seems super slow to get drinks even when you order ahead. I think they employees need better structure and direction/organization. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
