Papa John's Whitby - Brooklin Canada

After watching the delivery driver drive in both lanes, cut people off, make right turns out of the left lane, and speed excessively whenever not tailgating ALL IN THE RAIN ASWELL I'm sad to say I will never eat my favourite pizza ever again in my life knowing people like this work for the company. I spend over 200$ here feeding my workers at least two times a week and that will certainly be going to the competition now.

We were very let down by our order today. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and both pizzas arrived looking like they had been turned sideways, causing all the toppings to smoosh to one end. The rest of the slices were just covered in sauce. I had to drive to the store to get new pizzas, and the guy behind the counter asked if we had dropped the pizzas ourselves. I explained that the delivery guy brought them like that, but he didn't seem to believe me. Despite this, I did receive replacements with no apology or any form of customer service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Great tasting pizza, fresh and hot and with the 50% off coupon online, a very inexpensive dinner for Friday night date night.

No where near as good as Papa Johns in the states or even Cobourg for that matter. The quality is very poor in comparison. In addition, their drivers will cut you off on busy main roads at the last second. Not impressed by this Papa Johns.

Ordered online and the total was $52.00, driver came stating it was $66.00. The store never responded back when questioned. Terrible customer service!!!
