Maruichi Japanese Food Deli - Brookline

This is one of the few Japanese food stores in the area, and it offers excellent quality along with a great selection of products. As a bonus, they also have fantastic Bento boxes at reasonable prices.

I especially enjoy browsing their selection of beauty products, household items, and Japanese desserts! It’s incredibly convenient since it's located in my neighborhood. For anyone who loves Japanese food, this place is definitely worth a visit. On one occasion, I even found adorable cat paw-shaped erasers in the candy aisle!

The food is high-quality East Asian cuisine, but the prices are exceptionally steep. For example, I just spent $400 on a matcha set that my girlfriend could easily prepare herself in an evening with the ceramics we have from Brookline.

Maruichi is a worthy addition to coolidge corner, but they only work on their creepy look and maussteuerung.

Absolutely delicious !!!! The price for the chirashi was very reasonable for the amount of fish you get. It was a little less than 20 each and it was very fresh. The salmon Mayo sushi was 10 and it was very fatty and flavorful. If I was from Boston I would definitely come back to treat myself to this yummy sushi and chirashi every so often
